The present church building of All Saints in North Ferriby was designed by John Loughborough Pearson, R.A., and was completed after 3 years work in 1848.  Pearson is considered one of the best church architects of the 19th century, beginning his works with a number of churches in the East Riding and later he designed Truro Cathedral.

All Saints’ church is classified as a Grade II structure, being “a particularly important building of more than special architectural and historic interest”.
